What Marty does at Guiding Light:
I engage with and thank people who are involved with Guiding Light, including donors and the recovery community. We are blessed to have many generous individuals who care about our work.
Favorite part of the job:
I watch the miracles unfold, with the men and women who go through our programs. I respect and admire their willingness to commit to long-term recovery. And I get to see the positive results in their lives and the lives of their families.
Freetime fun:
Doing any cardio work. I especially like to run outside in the winter! I find joy in spending time with friends and my favorite guy, Luigi (my Shitzu)
Moments Marty most enjoys at Guiding Light:
I worked at Guiding Light 10 years ago. I love seeing men who went through the program then, who I see in the community occasionally. I get to see the program working!!
Favorite place to eat:
The Chop House or any place with authentic Southern Cuisine.
