Guiding Light is honored to have been chosen as a 2024 Amway River Bank Run charity partner! All funds raised through the team will go directly to our men’s and women’s recovery programs.
Your support of Team GLR will provide ‘basics’ like food, shelter, and clothing, as well as providing the structure and support the individuals we serve need to start living a different way in this world. You can give hope to many men and women who feel stuck and lost in their addictions.
About Guiding Light:
Guiding Light is a team dedicated to walking alongside individuals as they engage in the hard work of transformation, embrace their God-given dignity, and pursue the potential of their lives.
Our faith-based, long-term rehab provides a structured environment and includes evidence-based practices, life-coaching, spiritual direction, therapy, support groups, psycho-social education, and exercise to help men and women “wake up” to a new way of life. We strongly encourage the participants that come into our recovery program to think of themselves as taking part in a long-term commitment to their sobriety and an entirely different way of being.
